All functions and components will be checked plus a standard safety inspection and routine calibration.

Please always send in the complete unit, including motor, hose and foot pedal. This is the only way to ensure a perfect and comprehensive check!

Due dates:
INTRAsurg units annually, MASTERsurg/EXPERTsurg every other year.

Pricing:
The price below only covers the service check. If the service check reveals that repair is necessary, you will receive a cost estimate.

What if you no longer have the original packaging?
It's no problem, just order this as the final step when placing your order (Shipping & Payment). The packaging costs €33.00 + VAT.

Need a loan unit?

Scope of surgical unit service check
•  Surgical motor: Cleaning and function test
•  Surgical hose: Cleaning and function test
•  Check power consumption (MASTER- /EXPERTsurg)
•  Motor electronics: Function test and adjustment
•  Inspect coolant hose sensor
•  Software update: Update to latest software
•  Hose pump(s): Inspect and adjust output
•  Check and adjust compressed air parameters (INTRAsurg 500/1000)
•  Foot control: Check mechanical and electrical functions
•  Calibration: Calibrate speed and torque
•  Check display and touchscreen functions (MASTER- /EXPERTsurg)
•  Perform legally required safety checks as per IEC 62353:2014
