Please note the following exceptions:

• Find out which typical repair services are included in a fixed price repair -> Service Catalog Fixed Price Repairs (PDF)
• Small package worth €69: You only pay the price of small service package worth €69 for a minor repair.
• Cost-estimate: If the condition of the product is nearly a total economic loss you will receive a cost estimate.

Public institutions: If a PO number is required on the repair invoice, please choose “Product without standard price” and please send your PO number, when you confirm the quotation.

Products without fixed price ("lens" button):

• Please be aware that the time for repair takes longer.
• If the repair requires an expense of more than €100 you will receive a cost estimate.
