Small package worth €69: You only pay the price of small service package worth €69 for a minor repair.
Cost-estimate: If the condition of the product is nearly a total economic loss you will receive a cost estimate.

Products without fixed price ("lens" button):

Please be aware that the time for repair takes longer.
If the repair requires an expense of more than €100 you will receive a cost estimate.

If the condition of your defective product is equivalent to a total economic loss, we will provide you with a list of the defects in the form of a cost estimate and an offer for a new KaVo instrument.
For minor repairs, we only charge the small service package for €69.
